I can’t launch my prompt — What should I do?

If your prompt won’t launch into an AI platform:

  • Double-check that your API key is correctly entered in Settings > API Keys
  • Ensure you’ve selected the correct platform when saving the prompt
  • Try launching in an incognito tab to rule out browser issues
  • Confirm your API key is still active with the AI platform (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)

Why can’t I save more prompts?

Each plan has a monthly prompt quota:

  • Free: 10 prompts per month
  • Elite: 1,000 prompts per month
  • Lifetime: 1,000 prompts per month

If you’ve hit your quota, wait until the next monthly reset or upgrade your plan for more storage.

Can I recover a deleted prompt?

No — deleted prompts are permanently removed from your account. There is no undo.

We recommend exporting your prompts regularly if you want a backup.
