What happens if I hit my prompt limit?

Free users can store up to 10 prompts total.
Elite members can store up to 1,000 prompts per month, and Lifetime Elite members can store up to 2,500 prompts per month.

You’ll still have access to any previously saved prompts, but once you hit your monthly limit, you won’t be able to add new ones until your quota resets or you upgrade your plan.

Can I switch plans later? 

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch to the Lifetime Elite plan at any time from your account settings.

Do enhanced prompts count toward my monthly limit?

Only if you choose to save them. When you enhance a prompt, you can either copy the enhanced version (doesn't count toward your limit) or save it as a new prompt (counts as 1 toward your monthly storage). You're in control of what gets saved.Yes. When you use the Prompt Enhancer to improve a prompt, saving the enhanced version counts as a new prompt toward your monthly storage limit.

Do I lose my prompts if I cancel or downgrade?

No. Your saved prompts remain in your account. If you downgrade, you'll retain access to prompts that fit within your new plan’s limits. You can unlock full access again by upgrading anytime.

What’s included in the Prompt Enhancer?

The Prompt Enhancer helps you improve your prompt before launching. You can expand, shorten, reword, or adjust tone with a single click.

Can I launch to platforms other than ChatGPT on the Free plan?

Free users can launch prompts to ChatGPT using quicklaunch links or their OpenAI API key. Elite and Lifetime Elite members can connect API keys for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and create custom quicklaunch buttons for any AI platform.

Does Promptular use credits or tokens like other AI tools?

Nope! Promptular doesn’t charge per use and doesn’t have a credit system. You’re free to store, organize, and launch your prompts as often as you like. You can also connect to your favorite AI platforms (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) using your own API access or free tools, so you’re always in control of your costs.

What does "future platform support" mean?

Elite and Lifetime Elite users can connect API keys to ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. You'll automatically get access to any new platforms we add in the future at no extra cost.

How secure are my saved prompts?

Your prompts are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Only you can view, edit, or export them, and they are never displayed or shared publicly. We do not share your data with third parties or use it for training purposes.

What is the Price Lock Guarantee?

If you subscribe to Elite, your rate will never increase. Even if pricing changes later, your subscription cost stays the same as long as you remain subscribed.

Can I use Promptular with a team?

Promptular is currently designed for individual content creators. Team and collaboration features aren't available yet, but if you're interested, email us at hello@promptular.com - we're considering it based on demand.. We're exploring this based on user demand.

Do you offer refunds or free trials?

We don’t offer refunds at this time. However, you can explore the Free plan for as long as you’d like before upgrading to Elite or Lifetime Elite.
