How to Change Your Email or Account Info

To update your account details:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Edit your name, email address, or connected sign-in method (Google or Apple)
  3. Click Save Changes

All updates will apply immediately across your workspace.

How to Upgrade to Elite or Lifetime

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Choose between Elite Monthly, Elite Annual, or Lifetime Elite
  3. Enter your payment information and confirm

Your plan will upgrade instantly, unlocking all features and lifting prompt storage limits.

How to Cancel or Downgrade Your Plan

To cancel or switch back to the Free plan:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Plan
  3. Select Cancel Subscription

You’ll retain access to your Elite features until the end of your billing cycle.

Note: If you cancel a paid plan, your stored prompts will remain in your account. You can access them again if you resubscribe.

What’s the Price Lock Guarantee?

If you’re on an Elite or Lifetime plan, you’ll keep your current rate — even as new features are added.

As long as your subscription remains active, your price will never go up.
